We are providing extended training to each caregiver.  We are communicating at the national and local level to make sure we are up-to-date on the most recent information.  Southern Cross Home Cross is receiving pertinent information from many reliable sources and ensuring that everyone in our company is educated.  We are also reaching out with daily videos on our Facebook page, educating everyone in our community.
